Laguins and Noland visiting Nebraska

Nebraska is a couple of weeks away from their spring game and still have big time recruits getting into Lincoln to see what the Huskers under Mike Riley are all about. A pair of teammates from Georgia will be in Lincoln today and tomorrow.

Watkinsville (Ga.) Oconee County teammates, linebacker Jaleel Laguins and quarterback Zeb Noland, are on their way to see Nebraska. The pair planned this trip based on open weekends in their schedules and will get to Lincoln tonight leaving early on Sunday morning. Here is a preview of the two, talented visitors.

Jaleel Laguins, LB, 6-2/207-pounds - At "The Opening" in Atlanta, the talented linebacker measured in actually a little taller than what's in the Scout.com database (6-3) and ran a very fast 4.52/40-yard dash. Jaleel is already holding an offer from the Huskers, but is viewed as a very difficult pull for the Huskers given the offers from Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Penn State, Tennessee and Georgia has also offered already and are just miles away from Watkinsville. Nebraska has a lot to gain with Laguins though by getting him on campus, a day that should allow a lot of VIP treatment, and that could pay off in the long run.

Zeb Noland, QB, 6-2/220-pounds - Noland is coming to Nebraska in search of his first offer. Watch the film on this signal caller though and you will see a real talent. Nice frame. Good head. Son of a coach. There are a lot of positives that Nebraska definitely has to be intrigued with. Noland is letting it be known that he's coming to Nebraska this weekend to get that offer. Based on the current landscape with the current quarterback recruits he may get one.

Both players will be wrapped up with their visits on Saturday and BigRedReport.com will bring you both of their thoughts about their trip to Nebraska this weekend!
