Nebraska makes their first spring visit

Nebraska made their first visit during the spring evaluation process on Thursday and didn't have to go far to do it.

Just days removed from visiting Lincoln for the Nebraska Red-White spring game, 2015 three-star defensive end Noah Fant had a little more interaction with the Huskers on Thursday.

Nebraska made the in-state target a priority, visiting him first during the spring evaluation process.

"It feels good that they are showing me some love and showing that I am important," said Fant. "Coach Hughes was the one that visited me."

Fant also believes Iowa and Iowa State will drop by this week. The junior is the nation's No. 64 defensive end and also has offers from Iowa State, Iowa, Vanderbilt, and Wyoming. He is expected to make a decision in June.
