Nebraska will hold primetime practices

Nebraska's Mike Riley is changing things up, holding fall camp practices at 7 p.m.

CHICAGO, Ill - According to head coach Mike Riley at Big Ten Media Days, Nebraska will hold practices during fall camp at 7 p.m. The team walk-thru and meeting time will be during the afternoon.

"Everyone ahs been warning me how it gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer," said head coach Mike Riley. "We looked at where we were going to get the best work and the best energy out of the team.

"What we want to get is good work. In this day of age of football, our players should be trained. They spend the summer doing that. We need them to come practice as much football as we can."

The Nebraska football team will open up fall camp on Thursday Aug. 6.
