LINCOLN, Neb. - Nebraska head coach Mike Riley confirmed an earlier report stating five Huskers would be suspended against BYU on Thursday night.
"I'm not going to give you their names and I'm not going to give you why, but it was obviously a team violation, and then we will be anxious to have those guys in the fold after that," Riley said.
The new head coach apologized to the Nebraska media, stating the way the news came out was not how he intended. He wouldn't get into any specifics, but did talk the subject of rules. Watch the video at the top of the story.
