The Huskers came out of the BYU game bruised

Nebraska head coach Mike Riley updates the injury report coming out of the BYU contest.

LINCOLN, Neb. - Nebraska left their contest with BYU bruised and battered. 

According to head coach Mike Riley, speaking at his Monday morning press conference, Nebraska will lose multiple starters for a few weeks. 

Defensive end Jack Gangwish, who suffered an "elbow injuyry" on the last play of the game, will be out likely three weeks. In his place, Freedom Akinmoladun will likely get the start. 

Tight end David Sutton will miss even more time with a knee injury, after a hit that has caused a storm on social media. 

Punter Sam Foltz, is listed as week-to-week, after going down in the second half. The punter has an ankle sprain. "I hope he can play," said Riley, regarding this week.
