Nebraska offers four-star Texas prep Jordan Elliot

Nebraska has offered four-star Westside high school (Tex.) defensive tackle Jordan Elliot.

Nebraska has offered four-star defensive tackle Jordan Elliot. The Huskers extended an offer to the Westside high school product on Monday night.

A Scout.com Top 300 member, Elliot is just outside the top 100 at No. 104 in the country.

His offer list is large and includes schools such as USC, Alabama, Baylor, Arizona State, Texas and more.

"He's athletic enough to play defensive end and powerful enough to play inside and take on the double team as a defensive tackle," said Scout.com national recruiting analsyt Greg Powers. "He's very quick off the ball, and you often forget that he is a legit 300-pounder moving around the way he is. He is very smooth and plays with a low center of gravity making it tough for offensive linemen to outposition him. Could be scheme versatile in college and play in many defenses, and that is why offers poured in for him."
