Nebraska WR group hopes to take momentum from the second half offense in Miami

Nebraska wide receivers coach Keith Williams hopes the showing in the fourth quarter is a momentum builder for his position group moving forward.

After a first half plagued with penalties and drops, the Nebraska offense got going in the second half against Miami last weekend, coming back from 24-points down to tie the game.

On the last three drives of regulation, all touchdowns, a total of five different receivers caught a pass from quarterback Tommy Armstrong – including three different targets on each touchdown play.

The wide receiver position group was rock solid in the fourth quarter and hope to use the momentum heading into Big Ten play.
