Nebraska QB Tommy Armstrong shows off segway skills

Nebraska quarterback Tommy Armstrong had a big day against Minnesota over the weekend, so he decided to show up and leave the Huskers press conference in style.

Nebraska quarterback Tommy Armstrong threw for 261 yards and three touchdowns against Minnesota in a Huskers 48-25 win over the weekend. 

The quarterback decided to show up to Nebraska's Monday morning press conference in style. He left it the same way he entered, seen by the video above shot by KLKN-TV

Armstrong is currently the Big Ten's leading passer, with 1761 yards through seven games. The junior quarterback says he uses the segway to get to classes and a little over a dozen players have one at this point. 

"Coach Riley saw me on the first day and was like, 'that's sort of dangerous. You could fall off and hurt youself,'" said Armstrong. "After a while, they got used to it." 

According to Armstrong, his machine tops out at about 10 miles per hour.
