Waterford (Mich.) Mott high school four-star wide receiver prospect Desmond Fitzpatrick recently decommitted from Louisville and Nebraska still remains strongly in the mix for his services.
On Wednesday night, Fitzpatrick informed Scout.com he was expecting a visit from Nebraska on Wednesday.
"Coach (Mike) Riley and Coach (Keith) Williams will be here," said Fitzpatrick.
The nation's No. 206 overall player, Fitzpatrick remains one of highest rated prospects on the Huskers' board two months out from National Signing Day. Fitzpatrick just finished an outstanding senior campaign in which he was named MLive Detroit Overall Player of the Year after catching 60 passes for 1,317 yards and 23 touchdowns.
"That was the craziest game I've ever been to," Fitzpatrick told Scout after his visit to Lincoln in early November. "Just the atmosphere and and the fans...just crazy.
"My opinion changed on them. I had never been to a Nebraska game until yesterday. I'm glad my first experience was this game."
