Nebraska snags first Big Ten win, 90-56 over Rutgers

Nebraska found their way into the Big Ten win column on Saturday, with a 90-56 win over Rutgers.

Behind 28 points from forward Andrew White, Nebraska jumped out early and found their first Big Ten win on Saturday against Rutgers, 90-56.

Nebraska (9-8, 1-3) started the game on a 17-4 run, behind two quick threes from White. The Kansas transfer also added nine rebounds, while shooting 11 of 14 from the floor.

Three other Nebraska players scored in double-figures, including freshman Ed Morrow who scored 10 points. It was the first time the former Chicago prep has been in double-figures since November.

The Huskers outrebounded Rutgers 43-25, a team who has struggled inside to stay healthy.
