With a third visit to Nebraska expected in the early spring, Calabasas high school (Cali.) quarterback Tristan Gebbia has narrowed his list.
As a junior in 2015, Gebbia threw for over 4,400 yards and 45 touchdowns in 14 games. He hit on nearly 63 percent of his throws.
After a stellar sophomore season, Nebraska offered Gebbia in August. He was even better as a junior.
“I really enjoyed the experiencing of seeing how the coaches coach on the practice field, I really liked how they coach,” said Gebbia, who watched offensive coordinator Danny Langsdorf closely. “I do feel I would be a good fit at Nebraska in what their style is.
Gebbia has plenty of people around him to talk about Nebraska and head coach Mike Riley. Multiple members of his team are being recruited by Nebraska, including 2016 commit Marquel Dismuke.
