Oklahoma prep tight end Reese Leitao’s offer list jumped to fifteen on Monday night, when the Jenks high school product received an offer from the University of Nebraska.
“I don’t know much about them, but Coach (Tavita) Thompson has told me a lot,” said Leitao. “It’s a school I want to visit.”
The Huskers join a long list of suitors for his services, which includes Houston, Iowa State, Kansas State, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Tulsa, Illinois, Minnesota and Purdue among others.
When asked to describe his game, Leitao told Big Red Report he’s versatile and can block.
“I stand up as a big receiving target,” said the junior.
The three-star tight end has plans to visit Memphis this weekend, after visiting Arkansas last week.
“I haven't really decided when I want to make a decision yet, but it'll probably be the end of my senior year, so early December probably,” Leitao recently told Scout.com. “I want to go through the entire recruiting process and make an educated decision."
Big Red Report will catch up with Leitao next week after his trip to Lincoln.
