Report: A.J. Bush Is Working With A Private QB Coach

Nebraska quarterback A.J. Bush is working with a private quarterback coach in Arizona at th moment.

According to a report by the Omaha World Herald, Nebraska backup sopomore quarterback A.J. Bush is working with a private quarterback coach in Arizona this offseason

Bush is working with former CFL quarterback Dennis Gile, who runs the Dennis Gile Quarterback Academy. The coach has worked with talents such as Brett HundleyConnor Noland and David Fales.

"The talent level is there — his ceiling is super high," said Gile. "I'm not trying to create somebody who's not a quarterback. I'm just trying to help someone be a better quarterback. No question — he's a Division I starting quarterback at a high, high level. It's everything. He has all the intangibles to play the position."

Bush was the third-string quarterback in 2015, behind starting quarterback Tommy Armstrong and backup Ryker Fyfe.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Georgia native has yet to log any game action at Nebraska.
