Nebraska Offers Rising CB Jaylon Johnson

Nebraska made a new offer out West on Tuesday night.

Let the Calabraska movement continue.

On Tuesday the Huskers extended a scholarship offer to defensive back Jaylon Johnson from Central High East Campus in Fresno. The three-star prospect has a strong offer list, consisting of schools such as Florida, Oklahoma, Washington State, Cal, USC, Utah and Arizona.

Johnson was recently invited to the Opening after a strong performance in Oakland.

"The fast-rising cornerback prospect from Fresno (Calif.) Central East shined in coverage, proving to be too physical for wide receivers at the line of scrimmage but also staying with speedier wideouts down field," said recruiting analyst Blair Angulo. "He has good length for the position and wowed the position coaches with his footwork."
