A four-star prospect, Kelly-Powell nearly has his choice when it comes to a future destination. The Michigan prep has offers from both in-state schools, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Oregon, Oklahoma, Stanford, UCLA, Wisconsin, Arkansas and Iowa to name a few.
“You had some amazing guys that came out to the camp and the fan support at Nebraska is just so great,” said Kelly-Powell on Friday night, after tweeting the camp was the best he’s been to. “The coaches are great people, coaching us, teaching us. It was overall amazing.
“I was really impressed with the guys I was able to compete against. It was fun.”
Kelly-Powell stayed the night in Lincoln on Friday and received a tour of the campus on Saturday. After leaving, he had the following to say on Twitter.
Big Red Report will catch up with the soon to be senior later this week, but based off our conversation with Kelly-Powell on Friday, we wouldn’t be surprised to see back on campus later this fall.
