With a total of 12 commitments at the moment, Nebraska will once again be busy this fall as they finish out their 2017 class.
Early numbers suggest 17 scholarship seniors leaving the program after the 2016 season, meaning Nebraska’s class will likely push to 21 or 22 in February. Of course it’s early and the number is usually always higher the closer National Signing Day gets.
At the moment, the two biggest weekends on the recruiting calendar will be Fresno State, the Huskers home opener, and Oregon. The Ducks coming to Lincoln at least on paper at the moment, will be the best atmosphere to bring recruits in to town.
Some recruits have already locked in their visit. Others have indicated they want to visit this fall, the just aren't sure about the date at this time.
Big Red Report's Ashley Guinan has an easy to see schedule of the Huskers' official visitors this fall. Remember the list is very fluid and can change literally until a kid boards a flight to Lincoln.
