Scottsdale (Arizona) Desert Mountain wide receiver Kade Warner is down to two schools after visiting Nebraska over the weekend. Warner, who is evaluating preferred walk-on opportunities, was named an Arizona 6A honorable all-mention by 24-7sports.com this season.
"It was an awesome experience," said Warner of his trip. "The coaches made me feel like they really wanted me."
Warner said a commitment could be coming in the next few days. He's deciding between Nebraska and Arizona State.
"I want a place where I can grow not only as a player, but as a student as well," said Warner.
Warner is the son of former NFL Super Bowl MVP Kurt Warner. Over the last three seasons, Kade caught 241 balls for 2,892 yards and 35 touchdowns.
