IMG Academy is becoming in a factory in producing D-1 football talent, but it isn't for everybody.
After playing his junior season in Bradenton, FL, four-star running back Asa Martin has returned home to play out his senior season at Austin high school (Decatur, AL).
On Tuesday, Nebraska jumped in the mix for the running back.
Martin has a strong offer list, with schools such as LSU, Florida, Oregon, TCU, Mississippi, Tennessee, Wisconsin and West Virginia also offering scholarships. In the fall, Ole Miss appeared to be out early for the junior.
"Martin is a slippery ball carrier that shows impressive cutback ability and foot quickness while navigating through traffic en route to the end zone," said Scout.com Florida analyst Corey Bender. "He's an instinctive runner that's patient to wait for his blocks to set up, but can continue to work on his acceleration to break off some of those game-changing plays."
In 2016, Martin ran 49 times for 372 yards and four scores according to Maxpreps.com.
