"The scouts have been coming in," Duncan said. "I've just been doing my best to practice hard."
To this point Duncan hasn't received any offers, but that is going to change.
"Um, no. I don't have any real offers. I heard from my coaches that Texas was going to offer. Texas wanted me to know that they don't want me to leave the state. I really just got done speaking to them on the phone. I spoke to Coach Kennedy their wide receivers coach."
"I think that Texas is a very good school academically and for football. It's just right up the street too so my parents can come and watch me play."
Right now Duncan is claiming his favorites to be Miami (FL), Oklahoma, Texas, Texas Tech, Florida and Kansas State. Although Nebraska's interest is fairly new with Duncan could they move into his list of favorites?
"They are kind of out there. I've never been to Nebraska before."
Look for Duncan to get plenty of offers before the spring ends and to move into the Texas Hot 100. Duncan measured in at 6-foot-2 and 210 pounds this spring.
To match the size he ran a solid 4.5 second 40-yard dash. While Nebraska was in this past week Duncan had an 80 yard touchdown run from the running back position. He will be playing linebacker and running back this fall for Garland Lakeview Centennial.
