"The season is going real good, we have our first playoff game tomorrow night," Glenn said. "We're 3A. Rusk is down by Lufkin. About 40 miles north. We're 7-3 right now."
On the season, Glenn has around 200 carries for 1689 yards, 27 touchdowns rushing and another 2 receiving. Those numbers have pushed Glenn to about 10 offers total so far and they keep on coming in.
"About 10 offers. Off the top of my head I'd say Kansas, Baylor, Arizona, Oklahoma State, Nebraska, Texas A&M, Tennessee, and BYU. Those are who I can think of right now. I took an unofficial this summer to Oklahoma State. I went to a bunch of Texas A&M games this fall."
To date, Glenn only has one official visit set up. "Yes sir, I am going to Nebraska on the 25th of this month (11/25). I set it up, but it kind of depends if we are in the playoffs or not."
Nebraska's offer was sort of surprising to Glenn and definitely is the newest. "I just got their offer. Coach Randy Jordan came down here. I really wasn't thinking anything at all about them. I really haven't had a chance to look at them. I know that they got a new offense."
Growing up in Texas he grew up a fan of Ricky Williams and Texas. He has a Texas A&M offer, but UT hasn't offered. It is probably because of something that Glenn told them during his junior year. "They were recruiting me. They were recruiting me for defense. Either as a linebacker or a safety. I told them that I didn't want to play defense."
All of the teams that have offered Glenn are projecting him as a running back at the next level. He currently is holding a 2.8 GPA and has scored an 18 on his ACT.
