Standout lineman thinking about official to NU

Rated as one of the top linemen in the southeastern region of the country, Duke Robinson has his pick of where he wants to go. Oklahoma has offered, Miami has offered and the list goes on from there. Yeah, pretty much anyone and everyone that is someone has said to Duke, 'we want you'.

Hardly a surprise as the 6'5" 325 lbs. lineman helped to take his team from a .500 record last season all the way to the state finals this year.

Now that, that is over, though, he's got that recruiting fever going. "I visited Oklahoma already and that was pretty nice." Duke said. "I am visiting Georgia on the tenth and after that, Miami on the 17th."

There are a variety of other schools that are interested in Duke which he is likewise giving a look, most of which reside in the southeastern part of the country, except for one. "I've been thinking about taking a visit to Nebraska." Duke said. "John Blake is recruiting me, but I don't know if I am going to go up there or not."

"It's pretty far away."

Robinson won't say he's a homebody of sorts, but the distance to Nebraska is a factor. Strong enough that while he's considering a visit and still thinks that is a possibility in the future, because he knows next to nothing about the Huskers, they are pretty far down his list.

"I'd say they are a three or four." he said on a scale of 1-10 gauging his interest in NU, 10 being the best for the big red. "It's hard to say. I just don't know much about them, like I said, they are far away, so I don't know."

Robinson said that he would like to get his visits scheduled and out of the way as soon as he can, but doesn't have an idea as to when that will be.
