"I'm up to seven offers," Bailey said. "They're from Oklahoma, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Colorado State, Duke and Arizona State."
Bailey has already been to see Austin. He came back knowing that he needed to do some work to get the Texas offer that he might be holding out for. However, he has an offer from their rival Oklahoma and has a visit set to cross the Red River and visit Norman.
"I went to Texas for junior day. I have an official set up for Oklahoma.
Bailey is really only favoring a couple of the teams that have tendered an offer so far. He has his eyes on some possible offers that could come with an official visit to some other schools. "I like Oklahoma, USC, Notre Dame and Nebraska right now. I am considering visiting USC, Miami, Notre Dame, and Texas maybe."
"I think that Miami and USC are close to offering me. I don't know what is going on with Texas."
While Bailey has Nebraska at 'around (number) four' on his leader board, he reiterated that Nebraska isn't out of the running. He has been encouraged by the information and feedback that he has received so far from Nebraska, but still needs to do some research on the Cornhuskers.
"Nebraska is still in it. They want me really bad. I get a lot of things from Coach Dennis Wagner. I think that they're a good school. I didn't think of them much before they offered and really started writing me. I have to do some more research on them. I could possibly official there."
Bailey is a mountain of a man at 6-foot-7 and 355 pounds. However, he performed very, very well at the Scout.com/U.S. Army All-American combine in Waco. He was able to dominate the defensive line and tested very well.
"I went to the Scout.com combine in Waco and did really good. I don't have any other camps or combines planned. I am just going to work out and do my own thing this summer. I just need to get out and work."
