Cory Timm, a 6-foot-5, 294-pound offensive lineman from Yutan, Nebraska will arrive in Lincoln next fall a true freshman. We caught up with Cory and he told us what he's been up too lately.

Husker Connection - "How have you been doing Cory? What have you been up too since signing day?

Cory Timm - "I've been hitting the weights, working out really hard. I want to be prepared when I arrive for practice in the fall.

HC - "Is there anything about the recruiting process that you could share with the Husker fans?

CT - "Everything went pretty smooth. I'd probably say the weirdest thing was having the Colorado State and Nebraska coaches sitting with my parents at one of my basketball games. I don't think my parent felt awkward but I sure did.

HC - "Cory, your older brother, Dustin, plays baseball for Nebraska. Did he give you any advice during the recruiting process? Did he give you any advice on what to expect at Nebraska?

CT - "He really didn't give me any recruiting advice. As far as Nebraska goes, he told me that what classes I should and should not take and he also talked about certain things that athletes get Like training table and stuff like that.

HC - "What are your expectations for yourself this coming fall?

CT - "I'm just going to go down there (Lincoln) and do my best. I know I'm going to have to pay my dues and learn from the upperclassmen.

HC - "Why did you choose Nebraska?

CT - "I chose Nebraska because of the facilities, the players, the coaches and the tradition. The players and coaches were great. HC - "Thanks for your time Cory. Will we see you at the spring game?

CT - "Yes, I'm pretty sure I'll be going to the spring game next month. I'm anxious to see the other recruits from my class again.
