Two Down, One To Go For McMichael

With one tight end already in the fold with Mike McNeil, the Cornhuskers continue to advance towards other possibilities at the position. One such prospect is Minneapolis, Minnesota's Jordon McMichael. Jordon sat down with us and talked about his lone official visit, when he'll be making his decision and how his season has gone thus far.

Breck High School's Jordon McMichael looks like an inviting target for any quarterback. The 6'5", 230 pound tight end out of Minneapolis has already taken two official trips, one to Oklahoma and one to Boston College.

He has just one left he plans on taking to the University of Nebraska. The relationship has been going well. They have as good a chance as anyone else as to get a commitment. I've just got to go and visit, come back home, sit down and do the pros and cons. I expect to make a commitment pretty shortly after the visit," he said.

Jordon claims the previous three schools as his current top three, though he boasts seven offers in total. His team is currently 2-1 and they experienced a bit of a setback during that loss. "We hit a huge bump in the road. We played a team that beat us by 51, but I've got 16 catches for 200 yards and two touchdowns so far," he said.
