"I was knocked out in the car," Blue said. "I just got dropped off right now. It was a long day yesterday."
Long days usually indicate full and fun days. Blue said that he had a host from Texas and met a lot of the other players.
"I had fun. My host was Will Henry. He's from (El Paso) Texas. I had spoke to a couple other players, some from the defense."
Blue took an unofficial to Lincoln earlier this summer, but this time got a chance to take in a game and see the gameday environment. "I liked everything. The game was great. I signed a couple of autographs. The fans knew who I was."
Other than the fans, Blue enjoyed the tunnel walk. "The tunnel walk is exciting. I am looking forward to coming through it as a player."
Blue also got to see more of a finished product on the facilities than what he did this summer. There has been huge changes from when he saw them the first time and still noted more changes to come.
"The facilities are really nice. They are still finishing up on some things like the player's lounge and stuff. There is still some work being done."
One thing that the recruits get to do is get measured and weighed. "I measured in at 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds. I thought that was about what I would be."
Blue committed awfully early in the process and sometimes that might lead to a player thinking about taking other official visits. "This is my last trip. I had a good time so if it's my only visit."
Blue was able to speak to another official visitor, but not a lot. "I got a chance to meet with Christian Tupou. He came in late yesterday and didn't get a lot of chances to talk with him."
