Nebraska loses two and gains two?

Nebraska seems to have missed out with brining in Gary Chandler and Larry Asante this weekend. However, there are another pair of teammates that might be ready to make that trip to Nebraska this weekend. These teammates come from a perennial powerhouse high school and both play need positions for Nebraska's recruiting class. Who are these two recruits?

Nebraska missed out on hosting two very big junior college recruits this weekend, but might be ready to slot a pair of teammates behind them. You replace a safety and a linebacker with a safety and a cornerback.

There are few high schools that when you say the name you recognize as much as Hollywood (Flor.) Chaminade Madonna College Prep high school. Two of the best players in the state of Florida play defense for Chaminade and both might be coming to Nebraska this weekend.

Akeem Auguste and Eain Smith are both great players. Auguste is a 5-foot-11 and 175 shut down cornerback. Last year he had seven interceptions. Smith is a 6-foot-0 and 180 pound safety who had 70 tackles and 2 sacks last year.

"We might be going up to Nebraska this weekend," Auguste said. "I am not sure though. I am not sure if Eain and I are going or not."

Chaminade has been a busy team and just experienced thier first loss on the season after traveling to Ohio for a game. They had a great experience, but lost the game. It's that busy feeling that has Smith and Auguste thinking about waiting for their official visits.

"We are not really worried about recruiting right now. We are kind of thinking about going on our official visits after the season. You might get a better look at things and not have everything in a rush."

Sometimes, a player might delay a visit because he doesn't want to tell a school that he isn't interested. That isn't the case with Smith and Auguste though. "We still want to visit Nebraska. It's not about that. We just don't want to rush into it."
