Pair from North Garland will be in Lincoln

Nebraska has been trying to fill some of the spots for official visits this weekend because of the early kickoff. It hasn't been easy, because most recruits have games on Friday night, but Nebraska has been recovering nicely. There is a pair of teammates expected to be in Lincoln from Garland (Texas) North.

It's been a tough process for Nebraska, but this weekend's official vsiitor list is shaping up nicely. Nebraska is now expecting a pair from Garland (Texas) North.

The first is Hubert Anyiam, a 6-foot-0 and 180 pound wide receiver with 4.4 speed. As a junior Anyiam caught 50 passes for over 900 yards.

The secone is Jermaine Love. Love is a 5-foot-11.5 and 225 pound linebacker with sideline to sideline speed (4.46). Last year Lover set a school record 135 total tackles as a junior.

"Jermaine and I are coming for an official this weekend," Anyiam said. "We have a game on Thursday night so we can travel on Friday."

Anyiam has already been on one official to Kansas State. He will have a basis for comparison to really compare the two schools.

"Kansas State was fun. It was nice. I spoke to the head caoch about the past of the program and where it was going."

When Anyiam makes the trip he will be looking for a few key items. "I will be looking to see how the facilities are, if I feel at home and how comfortable I am with the coaches and players."

Anyiam is sitting on a top six right now. "I would say Alabama, Iowa State, Texas Tech, Nebraska, Notre Dame and Kansas State are my favorites. All have offered."
