"It was real nice," Love said. "I liked it a lot. It was the fans, the coaches and the players playing together. It was a lot of things."
Love is being recruited by most as a SAM, but could come in and play WILL with his 4.5/40 speed. "I can definitely come in and bang at the linebacker position. That is definitely possible."
Nebraska came up short in defeating Texas, but it was obvious with Texas' need to kick a fieldgoal to win the game with under a minute left inthe game. Love made note of the effort and the scoreboard.
"Nebraska definitely did really good. Texas should watch out. Give Nebraska a couple of more years and they will be a national championship caliber team."
Love has taken an official visit to Kansas State and has some basis for comparison with his latest official visit. Sometimes another official visit can put some things into perspective.
"I gave it a '10'. It's a lot different than Kansas State. A lot."
Nebraska picked up a commitment from Patrick Grant this weekend. Love really liked his visit to Nebraska, but was it enough to pull the trigger on a commitment?
"No, I have to talk to my family. I have to sit down and think about the other schools. You never know though. I migh get this over with early."
