"I took an official this past weekend to Nebraska," Harris said. "The visit was fine. I really enjoyed it."
"We got to hang out with the players, talk to the coaches and see one of the practices. They started practices for the bowl game on Saturday."
While there wasn't a game to see this past weekend, Harris and the other recruits got to see a spirited practice. "Their practice was very intense, they were also having a lot of fun. It was really good."
Besides the practice, it was the player banquet weekend. Harris really enjoyed that experience. "It really said something about the tradition there. It also showed me that they are a family."
There is a very favorable situation next year for defensive lineman in Lincoln. Harris was up to date with all of it. "They graduate everyone and I think that I could go in there and play."
The visit got a pretty high mark from Harris and he said that there wasn't anything that he would change about it. "I would say probably like an "8" or a "9". There's nothing really that I would change. It was great like it was."
This was Harris' second official visit. Harris said that the two officials so far compared pretty well and that he is looking to take a couple more officials.
