"I haven't moved anywhere as of yet. I'm still playing quarterback, going to quarterback meetings," Jackson said after Monday's practice. "They haven't told me about moving anywhere."
Jackson is feeling good about his current task of competing at quarterback.
"It's competition," he said. "I'm not complaining about being competitive. We're all close. There's no disrespect toward one another. It's a lot more at ease than last year."
On Saturday, offensive coordinator Mark Helfrich told BSN he was still trying to figure out where Jackson fits in the offense, but didn't say anything about a different position.
"B-Jack is going to fit into the offense," Helfrich said. "He's gonna play doing something."
If that means playing a position other than quarterback, Jackson said he's fine with that.
"It's my last year, I wouldn't mind," he said. "I've been moved around so much, I can't complain and say, ‘Oh, I don't want to move.' I'm just trying to have fun and compete with the other guys. I'm not going to complain about moving around or anything.
"It's my last year, I'm lucky to be alive and breathing."
