Busy week for Robinson

There are some people speculating that the end of the recruiting process could be drawing near for Trevor Robinson. The huge, but agile offensive lineman from Elkhorn (Nebr.) has had a busy week this week that started at Notre Dame, onto Michigan and then ended in Lincoln on Saturday. These recent trips might be feeding speculation about an upcoming commitment.

Trevor Robinson has been making some trips recently. This past Saturday he was in Lincoln to see Nebraska practice. Robinson, a 6-foot-5 and 320 pound lineman from Elkhorn (Nebr.) liked what he saw.

"It went well," Robinson said. "It went really well. It was really more of a scrimmage on Saturday. They didn't do a lot of individual work. It's always cool to see."

This weekend was a busy one in Lincoln. There was a coaching clinic and some of the coaches stuck around for the scrimmage.

"Yeah, there was a lot of people there. I think that a lot of the coaches that were there for the clinic had left by then. There was a decent amount of people there."

For Robinson, this trip was more about seeing the scrimmage more than anything. He has been to Lincoln a number of times and has had a chance to see about everything before.

"No, not really. I have seen about everything there. I really just wanted to see the practice on Saturday and the atmosphere."

This Saturday comes on the heels of Robinson returning from a trip the following weekend. He went to Notre Dame on Friday and had a chance to see some things there that he hadn't before.

"I was at Notre Dame last Friday. That trip also went really well. I got a chance to see a lot of things I hadn't got a chance to see there before. I was there for camp, Michigan game and junior day before."

After Notre Dame it was onto Michigan; the third team that occupies a spot on his leader board. "I actually went to Michigan the day after Notre Dame on Saturday. We just went straight from South Bend to Ann Arbor. That trip was great too."

Robinson has been active lately in making some trips, but he isn't letting the hype of recruiting overwhelm him. "No, not really. To be honest I don't think a lot about recruiting."
