It's a "10" for Smith

Going into the visit this weekend, Nebraska was sitting on top for P.J. Smith, a huge safety from River Ridge (La.) John Curtis Christian Academy. The fact that he had never been to Nebraska before this weekend could hurt Nebraska's #1 rating if he didn't like what he saw. There are no worries about that now.

Nebraska had another big recruiting weekend. P.J. Smith from River Ridge (La.) John Curtis Christian Academy was just leaving Lincoln.

"I am driving to the airport right now," Smith said. "The visit went pretty good. It was pretty good."

Smith, a big safety, said that the one thing that stood out to him the most was the facilities. The facilities are the best in the country according to him.

"I liked the facilities. The facilities were nice. They are the best in the country."

Besides the facilities, Smith said that the people and especially the staff were good to both he and his father on the visit.

"The coaching staff too. The people here are just wonderful. It was just really nice."

The Nebraska visit isn't the first and it isn't the last for Smith. Before Nebraska, Smith saw a Big 12 South team and will visit a SEC team next weekend.

"This was my second visit. I went to Baylor before this and I will visit Arkansas next weekend."

Going into the visit, Nebraska was high on Smith's list of favorites. Smith said that Nebraska won't be moving down from anything this weekend.

"They were already my number one. The visit, I don't think that it's going to hurt them on my board. I would rate the visit a "10". It was that good."
