And the winner is...

Jon Lechner has had some of the nation's best programs beating own his door. The 6-foot-6 and 315-pound Lechner is a road grader and a prototypical book-end offensive tackle. With so much going for him it's no wonder he was getting interest from around the country. Debate on where he is going comes to an end.

Jon Lechner, a 6-foot-6 and 315-pound offensive tackle from Omaha (Nebr.) Creighton Prep called Big Red Report this morning to inform them of his decision.

"I committed to Wisconsin," Lechner said. "I actually committed to them a couple of days ago."

Lechner was holding offers from Buffalo, Iowa State and even from the in-state school Nebraska. He also was getting interest from Oklahoma.

"The decision just felt right for me to decide and pick Wisconsin."
