Wants to see Nebraska

Obviously the biggest recruiting weekend for Nebraska, the Huskers bring in three, five-star and two, four-star recruits for the contest against Virginia Tech on Saturday night. The Huskers are fortunate to get a trip out of this highly sought after defensive lineman and he wants to see what Nebraska has to offer.

Nebraska is expecting some highly touted players in Lincoln this weekend. One of them is Corey Adams from Scottsdale (Ariz.) Saguaro High School.

"I am headed to Nebraska," Adams said. "I just want to see how their whole program works.

"I went to Arizona State last weekend and I think that I am just looking for the complete package; from the coaches to the team."

On the visit Adams is interested in looking at some specific things when it comes to Nebraska football as well as the overall picture.

"I am just really more interested in seeing how the whole state follows them and how the program is.

"They have good opportunities for me out there and I just decided that I would take another trip out to see Nebraska."

At 6-foot-3 and 288-pounds, Adams helped lead Saguaro to back to back state titles after recording 117 tackles and 24 sacks. Adams is a five-star rated defensive tackle and is listed as the #7 defensive tackle, nationally.
