Decision time coming

One of the top rated safeties left on the board for the '09 class is Alex Logan from Denver (Colo.) Mullen high school. After completing four official visits in the last couple weeks, it seems Alex might have gathered enough information to make a choice. Big Red Report contacted Alex to get the latest on his recruitment.

Even with one visit left to take, Alex Logan said he might have already seen enough to make a decision.

"I have one more official I can take, but I don't have anything set up yet," said Logan. "I really don't even know if I will take that other visit now. I have been to a lot of great schools lately, so I might not have to take that last visit. If I did take it would be to Colorado or Washington."

After already visiting Nebraska, California, and ASU, Alex took an official last weekend to Oregon and gave his thoughts on the visit.

"It was cool, I liked it. The stadium was loud so that was nice, and their defensive backs made a lot of plays."

So does one school stick out above the others yet?

"All the schools are pretty even right now, I can't say I have a favorite at this point. They all have a lot of good things going for them. I have a tough decision to make."

And when could that decision come?

"I would say I'll be ready to make my choice in a couple weeks, by the end of the month I should be ready to choose."

Stay tuned, as Big Red Report will continue to keep you updated on Alex Logan's recruitment.
