A change of pace?

When you are in high school, you don't know much of what's going on tomorrow, much less next year. Is it any wonder why some change their mind faster than you change the channel at three in the morning? Adrian turner knows what he likes, but beyond that he's still trying to figure one thing out. But, for the place he just visited (Nebraska), where questions are abound about so many things, it might be a DB out of Texas that knows more about what's really going on.

Adrain Turner-Terrell,TX (DB-5'10-185-4.5/40) Adrain's recent visit to Nebraska still weights impressively on his mind, but perhaps not as much as it used too "Don't get me wrong, the visit I had there (Nebraska) still blows me away. It would be a good situation for me there with Groce being a senior, but no one leads at the moment." This is indeed a change from when I spoke with Adrain right after his visit from Lincoln when he said he almost committed then and there. Time has an effect on the memory and as so often, first visits rarely pan out.

"I don't want to rush into anything. I'm going to take all of my visits and I'm going to decide on that Sunday night when I got home from my final visit." So some things have changed. It seems all schools involved will have to wait until Adrain will again announce a leader.

But, the biggest change may be the entering of Oklahoma into the picture. "I'm trying to schedule a visit with them." Adrain also reportedly has just received an offer from them to go along with the impending visit.

Going along with this change may be the factor that he might not be able to make it to Arkansas this weekend "I might change it to where my last four visits are all in January, with Oklahoma being the last one, I'm not sure right now." But what is for certain, Arkansas, Oklahoma, TCU, and La. Tech will all get visits from this outstanding DB.

When I asked him if the decision NU made about changing defensive coaches had anything to do with the change of heart towards NU, Adrain said "No, not at all. In fact I was told recently the guy from Green Bay is going to be my new DC if I go there." Turner would not say who told him, but did say it was a staff member that informed him.
