Arizona Cardinals Visit Midwest Pro Day

The Cardinals have been fairly quiet on the Pro Day circuit but AZRedReport.com's ears are starting to perk. Cardinals scouts visited a Midwest Pro Day where 19 prospects worked out. The Cardinals likely paid the closest attention to an offensive lineman who doesn't have much to prove.

Scout.com's Chris Steuber has confirmed that the Arizona Cardinals had scouts in attendance for the Nebraska Pro Day.

Here's a complete Scout.com report of who impressed, who didn't and who doesn't have to. Check it out here.

The Cardinals could be looking at Lydon Murtha who is considered a top-20 prospect at the offensive tackle position. He blazed through the 40 (in lineman standards) at the NFL Scouting Combine. He looks fit but still has the size (6'7", 306).

Murtha was also a top performer in the vertical jump, broad jump, 3-cone drill and 20-yard shuttle.

He could be snatched as early as the fifth round.
