"It was good," Mack said. "I liked the whole school and the (football) atmosphere. It was my first visit to a school. I don't know about any other trips I might take. I am trying to make it up to Iowa State."
Mack said the fans of the record setting 304th sellout at Memorial Stadium stood out to him the most.
"The fans in the stadium was great. They love football up there. It's really amazing how into it they are."
Even though he really enjoyed his trip, he said he was a little disappointed how rushed it was.
"I didn't really have a chance to go out and do stuff," Mack said. "I was so tired when I got there. After the game I just went back, and went to sleep. I was way too tired to do anything."
The talented corner from Colton, California, Colton High had the chance to talk to Husker head man, Bo Pelini.
"I talked to the coaches, it was nice," Mack said. "The coaching staff was really straight forward. They are recruiting me as a corner. That's my position. It helps that coach (Bo) Pelni is a defensive minded coach, but it really isn't that big of deal. It would be nice to have him coaching me on that side of the ball, but that wont play a major roll in my college choice."
Mack did not commit on Saturday, and still isn't really sure where he plans on going to school yet.
