Did he decide?

The Nebraska recruiting class has already been a class where the offensive line has stood out. There are already four commitments in the 2011 class for Nebraska who appear to be offensive line commitments. The Huskers extended an offer to 6-foot-9 and 270-pound offensive tackle Zach Sterup from Hastings (Nebr.) St. Cecilia. Did he join the class as the fifth O-Line commitment?

A report by KHAS-TV Channel 5 in Hastings, Nebr. is stating that Zach Sterup from Hastings (Nebr.) St. Cecilia committed to Nebraska over 12 other offers.

Here is where you can find that report: Bluehawk Sterup will join Huskers

Big Red Report is working to get comment from either Zach or his coach Carl Tesmer to get a comment about this commitment.

Big Red Report caught up with Coach Carl Tesmer a few weeks ago around state track to confirm the Nebraska offer. It was then that Tesmer gave big praise about Sterup's work ethic.

"He's a really hard worker; he's dedicated and has everything that you look for in a great player. Having him around here has brought DI attention to the school and it doesn't affect him. He doesn't think that he's above anyone else. In our workouts, he works as hard as or harder than everyone else."

Coach Tesmer also made a bold prediction about Sterup which know has even more significance considering Zach has made his college choice.

"I'll make a prediction, Zach will be an All-American. I have been around great players before; I have had one of my players go to the NFL in John Parella. I think that he has that type of potential."
