Lobo Football Camp Roundup: Terrence Brown

During this past weekend's UNM Football Camp we had the pleasure of meeting Cesar Chavez HS (Phoenix AZ) RB/FS Terrence Brown.

Terrence looked like he has some quickness during camp while covering his man on the corner and safety positions. Unfortunately, during 7-on-7 tournaments you don't really get the opportunity to watch a running back except receiving out of the backfield.

I spoke with Terrence and who is ready to move to the next level.

When asked why he came to Rocky Long's football camp Terrence said, "I love to work hard and I came out to show the coaches that I have the talent and ability to come out here and make plays."

What else would you bring to your future team?

"I believe that I'm a strong leader that will bring maturity and a positive attitude to whoever recruits me," says Brown.

So Terrence, what schools are looking at you right now?

At this time I've spoken to coaches from New Mexico and Stanford. I've also received letters from Northwestern and Alabama, but not sure how hard they are recruiting me yet.

Do you have any favorites as of yet?

Not really, I do know that I want to get out of Phoenix and experience life in another town, says Brown.

Terrence Brown is definitely a young man the Lobo coaching staff will be keeping an eye during the season as he just might have shown the coaches that he has the ability to play.
