Locker Room Report: Wolfpack Players

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Several Wolfpack players met with the media following the Pack's upset win over Clemson on Saturday afternoon.

Mike Glennon

"We knew what was at stake. We knew we had to win these last two to get to a bowl game and we knew this was an opportunity to play the No. 7 team in the country and beat them."

"Our defense has played phenomenal football these last two weeks."

"We haven't gotten the ball in the endzone as much as we would like but today we finally did it."

"I didn't participate [in the Gatorade bath]. I knew we had to win next week. I was probably thinking the same thing he was."

David Amerson

"It definitely means a lot - that's an honor. I never thought I would be right here this season, but right now I'm just looking to break it."

"I'm not gonna lie - I want it pretty bad."

"[After the pick O'Brien] said I put the offense in a bad position, which I did. I was trying to come down with it and gets some yards after but I got tackled right after that happened."

"We definitely came out with intensity. It was great."

TJ Graham

"That's the encouragement [for next week] - we are going to a bowl game."

"We had that bitter taste from last week in our mouth. This week we were hungry, we'll be more hungry coming out next week."

"The defense did a great job tonight. It was the best effort, besides UNC that was pretty good, but tonight was the best effort this year besides UNC."

Terrell Manning

"Film played a big part in this game. We went out to practice every day and played fast and it carried over to the game."

"At the end of the day [Maryland] is our last home game and that's what you'll be remembered by so you have to come out and win this game as well."

"Just a lot of guys playing fast. We had a lot of individual guys going out there and not really caring - just pinning their ears back and going after the quarterback."
