Class of 2004: Brouce Mompremier

Miami (FL) Edison Lineback Brouce Mompremier has picked up several offers following the May Evaluation Period. <p> Have the Wolfpack put an offer on the table?

"No, NC State hasn't offered me yet," Brouce told StateFans. "Right now I have verbal offers from LSU, Florida State, and Ohio State. There are a few others but those are the main one's I'm considering that have offered so far."

Mompremier is one of Florida's top linebacker prospects, garnering all-state honors last year by posting 118 tackles and 12.5 sacks.

"I did have a good year last year, but I think next season will be even better. I'm bigger and stronger then last year and it should help me alot on the field."

As far as a leader, there's five for Brouce.

"I don't have a single leader, but I do like some teams more. NC State, LSU, Miami, Maryland, and Michigan State are the ones I like the best."

With the Wolfpack in his list of favorites, what does he like about Coach Amato's program?

"I like Coach ["Doc"] Holliday. He's my recruiting coach and he's a good recruiter for them. I also like their style of play and how they use their linebackers."

The 6-foot 205 pound Mompremier has an impressive list of schools, but don't expect an early decision.

"No, I'll decide late. I am probably going to decide towards signing day."
