Locker Room Report: Wolfpack Players

RALEIGH, NC -- Scott Wood and C.J. Williams met with the media following the Pack's win over Wake Forest on Saturday afternoon at the RBC Center.

C.J. Williams

"Sometimes coach will get mad at me because [Scott Wood] will just shoot it and I just assume it's going in and I won't go rebound."

"We want to get Scott going because that will get things going for me and Lorenzo."

"I'm proud of him because he kind of got down on himself a little bit and he picked himself back up this game. I just kept talking to him, telling him to fight through it because that's how basketball goes."

"That was a special event. I had to kind of re-focus a little bit."

"I wasn't expecting it."

Scott Wood

"Not really. My shots were falling and it was good to see a couple go in to get that confidence."

"I just think that is how basketball is played. Teams are going to make runs and they are going to come back and make runs at you."

"We know if we go out there and play as hard as we can and execute we're going to continue to get better."

"I think Lorenzo and my teammates just did a good job of screening and finding me. Whenever you can give someone that can make shots a wide open look it always helps you out a little bit."

"I think we're getting it. If we can continue to work hard and continue to execute on the offensive and defensive end we can be really good."

"You never know what will happen in the ACC."
