Flatt Transfers to Tennessee-Martin

Ex-Wolfpack Guard Justin Flatt has announced that he will be transferring to the University of Tennessee-Martin next year. <P> Flatt must sit out a year before playing and will have three years of eligibility remaining.

"Tennessee Martin's men's basketball team has signed North Carolina State transfer Justin Flatt of Savannah to a basketball scholarship. Flatt must sit out next season after transferring from the Atlantic Coast Conference school.

Flatt (6-foot-4, 188 pounds) was red-shirted this season at North Carolina State. He averaged 27.8 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists a game as a senior at Hardin County High School. He was a member of The Jackson Sun's All-West Tennessee team as a junior and senior and a finalist for Mr. Basketball in Class AAA his senior season. He was also among the top 90 recruits in the country, according to recruiting analyst Bob Gibbons."
