Locker Room Report: Wolfpack Players

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Several Wolfpack players met with the media following the 97-59 win over Miami (OH).

"They've been playing with each other since they were 14."

"I think we can be a better team than we were last year."

"Terrific... Rodney, T.J., and Tyler showed what they can do."

"We want guys to have fresh legs."

"We kept hearing that tickets were sold out... that kind of got us a little anxious."

"We prepared well for this game... it kind of went the way I thought it would go."

"We've got a bulls-eye on our back. We're No. 6 in the country and we've got to play like that."

"I tried to get everybody pumped up before the game."

"I like to see everybody doing good."

"I'm just looking forward to a lot of games being played."

"Everybody played good, and we played together. We played like a team."

"It's a lot of opportunities for me."

"I just bring instant offense and somebody that can defend, rebound."

"We just wanted to come out here and first of all win the game, that was the most important thing."

"I just had to get [the behind-the-back pass] out of my system. This first game, why not? If coach Gottfried gets mad at me for it.. it's the first game."

"We're learning how to work with everybody."

"It was very special because we came in together."
