Miclisse Impressed With NC State

Palm Bay (FL) Bayside linebacker Greg Miclisse was impressed with what he saw during a summer visit to NC State. Pack Pride has the latest on his recruitment.

Palm Bay (FL) Bayside linebacker Greg Miclisse stopped by NC State for an unofficial visit in July and it went so well that he is now thinking about an official.

He has not set that official visit up but Miclisse believes he will make it happen.

"I might be taking an official visit there. Right now I know for sure I'm taking an official visit to Tennessee and UCLA. Those two for sure but I don't know about the others yet.

"I was there (at NC State) for an unofficial visit and got to do a lot. I went to the field, I met the coaches, I visited the campus and things like that. Basically I saw how the dorms and everything were at NC State."

The facilities may have been the highlight of the trip. Miclisse visited a lot of schools and he had heard that NC State had a nice presentation in store but seeing everything in person caused his interest to spike.

"Oh man the football facilities blew me away. When I saw everything they had I really liked it. In fact that was one of the best visits I took out of all my visits so far. I really thought the NC State coaching staff was great. They showed me a lot of love. I love the coaches up there. Now I really want to get up there for a game."

Miclisse knows he wants to visit Tennessee and UCLA but that does not mean those are the only two schools he has interest in. It may be an indication that they have the inside track however.

"I don't have a favorite but I want to go to those schools for sure. I want to go out to UCLA because I've just heard a lot of great things about them. They have great football facilities and a good atmosphere I've heard so I just want to see it for myself."

The 3-star linebacker recruit said he is being recruited by Richard McNutt but also Dave Doeren and most of the rest of the coaches.
