There has never been much question as to whether Till would stick with his commitment to the Wolfpack. Other schools seem to have gotten the idea and the 6-6, 270 pound tight end and potential tackle has enjoyed post-recruiting high school life for a few months.
"I'm 99% sure I'm going to NC State. I still get letters from Temple and maybe one other school. I can't remember. I still get letters but nothing like people hitting me up on social networking or anything like that.
"I talk to Coach Doeren every weekend after their games. He's explained to me about how they've struggled with a lot of injuries and things like that. But he's said our recruiting class is great so we're going to be able to come in and play and improve the team."
Till said he won't be visiting any other schools so Wolfpack fans probably don't have anything to worry about.
Given his tremendous size as a tight end Till has been used frequently as a blocker almost as an additional lineman to blow the defense off the ball but he still managed to catch 12 passes and three touchdowns.
"I got double or triple covered a lot so (his catches) were off a little from previous years. I took it as that would open our run game or the opposite side for our receivers so I was fine with it," he said.
Wise High School has played most of their games on Saturdays this year so Till has been unable to attend NC State games, but he will be on campus this weekend for his official visit.
