Recruiting Scene: Prescod boasted early offers from Georgia Tech, Louisville, Michigan State, Ole Miss and Missouri among others but this was really a two team battle between NC State and Auburn.
The Pack was the first to offer and seemed to overtake the Tigers after Prescod made an unofficial visit to State last May. Auburn responded by offering after he attended camp and considering Prescod had talked of that being his dream offer, most considered him a lock for the Tigers.
NC State persisted however and really seemed to solidify their spot when Prescod visited again in June with several teammates at the Wolfpack's camp.
Just a couple of weeks later Prescod ended all speculation and committed to the Pack. He would become one of the more vocal members of the class of 2014 and helped recruit several other players to NC State.
Why NC State? "I like the facilities (at State)," Prescod previously said of the Wolfpack. "I like the coaching staff. The fan base, it seems like a family environment. It's like a family vibe and they really care. I also have a better chance of starting, and that's pretty important to me."
Picked NC State Over: Auburn
Scouting Report: Prescod could play guard or tackle but seems to best fit at guard where he is a mauler. Blessed with long arms, he plays with a mean streak you love to see in offensive linemen.
