Recruiting Scene: Hill battled injuries as a junior that hampered his recruitment, and he held an offer from East Carolina prior to camping at rivals NC State and North Carolina. Both schools extended offers.

Hill waited a few days before electing to commit to the Wolfpack.

Why NC State? "I just loved it up there. I loved the facilities and I loved the coaching staff especially. I just felt at home when I went up there to the camp I fell in love with it. I pretty much knew I was going to go there then. I didn't want to go out of state or anything because I wanted my family to be able to see me play. It was between them, ECU, Carolina and Charlotte."

Picked NC State Over: North Carolina, East Carolina, James Madison, and Charlotte

Scouting Report: "He has pretty good size and he has good feet. I think he'll understand the game a little bit better at the next level for having played [a lot of different positions] and it will play dividends for him in the long run." - West Stanly head coach James Johnson
