Shortly after NC State's convincing win over South Florida Groveland (FL) South Lake OL T.J. McCoy (6-3, 285 pounds) confirmed with Pack Pride that he had committed to the Wolfpack.
"Yes, I did commit," said McCoy. "Coach Uremovich was at my game
last night but I didn't get to talk to him. It was a great night for
me and my team because we won the game. I just made an announcement
to my team and everybody was happy. My coaches and my family were
all happy for me. I'm glad I made that decision last night. I really
like NC State. I went up there and it's just a place I could see me
spending the next four to five years."
In addition to NC State, McCoy also held offers from Rutgers and
South Florida and recruiting interest from Florida, Georgia Tech,
Miami and Mississippi State. He is rated a three-star prospect and
the No. 82 offensive guard in the nation by Scout.com.
McCoy is the Wolfpack's 11th commit for the class of 2015. He
projects at center or guard for NC State.
Pack Pride will have much more on the Pack's latest commitment so
